In fantasy football, finding the right players at the right value is often the key to success. While scouting individual player strengths and weaknesses is crucial, understanding how to leverage Average Draft Position (ADP) can help you build a championship roster. Here are my top targets at their current Yahoo ADP for quarterback, running back, wide receiver, and tight end.

Quarterback: Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals

Kyler Murray is an intriguing pick at QB7 with an overall ADP of 58.4. After battling injuries, Murray is finally healthy and ready to lead a Cardinals offense loaded with rising talent, including rookie WR Marvin Harrison Jr. and emerging TE Trey McBride. The departure of Kliff Kingsbury could actually benefit Murray, as the Cardinals may find themselves in high-scoring shootouts, given their suspect defense. With his dual-threat ability, Murray has the potential to deliver top-tier fantasy numbers in 2024.

Running Back: Devin Singletary, New York Giants

Devin Singletary might not be a flashy pick, but he's a reliable option, especially if you're employing a Hero or Anchor RB strategy. Drafted as an RB3 (ADP 97.7), Singletary has a solid chance to outperform his draft position. Last year, he overtook Dameon Pierce in Houston and ended the season as RB9 in half-PPR leagues over the final nine weeks. Now with the Giants, Singletary finds himself in a less crowded backfield, reuniting with head coach Brian Daboll, who knows how to utilize his skills effectively.

Wide Receiver: Amari Cooper, Cleveland Browns

Amari Cooper is a consistent and durable wide receiver who could offer excellent value as a WR3 in most drafts. Finishing as WR14 last year despite playing with multiple quarterbacks, Cooper has shown he can produce in any situation. With Nick Chubb’s recovery from injury still ongoing, the Browns might lean heavily on their passing game, making Cooper an even more attractive option at his current ADP.

Tight End: Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons

Kyle Pitts is a high-upside target who may finally break out in 2024. Despite the struggles of the past couple of seasons, much of Pitts' underperformance can be attributed to the Falcons’ former coach Arthur Smith's run-heavy scheme. With Kirk Cousins now at quarterback and Zac Robinson from the Sean McVay coaching tree calling plays, Pitts is set up for a rebound. He's currently being drafted around the mid-60s, and if he reaches his potential, he could easily jump into the elite tier of tight ends.

These players offer significant value relative to their ADP, making them excellent targets as you build your fantasy roster for the 2024 season.
